Dr. Olaf Bach

Associate Partner

Dr. Olaf Bach is part of the Swiss Horn & Company team as Associate Partner. He leads projects such as the design of a target operating model for the HR organization of a large bank, the people integration in a post-merger integration, the realignment of a service unit at a reinsurance company and the implementation of a new organizational culture at an insurance company. He was also involved in the wind-down planning of a business unit and a study to strengthen the learning organization in a regional bank.

Before joining Horn & Company, Olaf Bach gained five years of practical professional experience as a project manager at Booz & Company, where he gained broad international project experience in reorganization and strategy implementation in the pharmaceutical, financial services, and energy & utilities industries.

In addition to his consulting activities, he teaches in the Master's program Management, Organization and Culture at the University of St. Gallen. He also has extensive experience in leadership development and executive education, including co-founding an online platform for the practical teaching of management skills.
