// Our recruiting process

Selection process

The first round of interviews consists of three consecutive interviews.
 

First, we want to get to know you and your career to date. We see ourselves as team players: A good team fit is very important to us.

In the following two interviews, you will work on case studies that are closely related to the project business. We are interested in how you approach challenges - in terms of your business sense, structuring skills, discussion skills and problem solving.

Partner interview

Once you have successfully completed the first round, you will have an interview with a Managing Partner.
 

This interview focuses on business topics. Additionally, contractual questions about joining the company are clarified.

Decision

Shortly after the interviews, we will get back to you with feedback. If both rounds are successfully completed, you will soon receive your contract.
