Initialization strategy

A good start is important: As part of strategy initialization, you design the start of your strategy work - be it as a completely new start or building on an existing target image.
 
On the one hand, it is crucial to understand the status quo in relation to the existing strategy: How is it integrated into day-to-day business, how well has it been received and anchored in the organization? In addition, key points for the upcoming strategy process should be defined at an early stage.

Six steps of strategy initialization

Together we lay the foundation for your strategy work.

This phase forms the basis for strategy development, integrates findings from existing strategic preparatory work and enables the early involvement of the Management Board, managers and employees “from the outset”.

A successful strategy process begins with a strong foundation: with board meetings, a review of the last strategy period and/or the implementation of a current company pulse check, we provide initial orientation - and above all a solid starting point. If necessary, supplemented by discussions at management and employee level as well as the redesign of the strategy process itself, we ensure an integrative start.
