Dr. Ing. Christoph Siegel

Managing Partner 

Christoph Siegel has been with ConMoto since 2016 and Managing Director since 2017. He previously worked in the automotive industry for almost 25 years, most recently at Daimler Trucks for “Global Operations Powertrain”. He brings extensive experience in:

  • Top management coaching

He has been passionate about lean management in all areas since his training - not just as a toolbox in production, but as a corporate philosophy in all areas of the company.
Christoph and his team are experts in development and operations areas as well as E2E processes, particularly in the automotive (cars, trucks & off-road) and mechanical engineering industries. They effectively implement operational excellence programs, from the functional areas to the store floor. Christoph heads the “Value Creation” Competence Center, which covers all aspects of production and plant logistics as well as strategic and operational topics in the production and supplier network.

He was Head of “Worldwide Operations Daimler Trucks Powertrain” and responsible for all powertrain plants (engines, transmissions, axles) worldwide. Previously, he held management positions at Mercedes-Benz Cars and Daimler Truck. Christoph studied “General Mechanical Engineering” at the University of Stuttgart and holds a doctorate.

Christoph is an active supporter of Starcare, an initiative dedicated to the well-being of children. In his private life, he is married and enjoys skiing, sailing, tennis and music in his free time.

Two terms that are important to me, “together” and “grow”, are equivalent to a leadership principle: Alone you go faster - together you will go further!
