As a Fellow or Working Student, you are integrated into your team as a full-fledged member from day one and contribute hands-on to our top-management consulting projects in a meaningful way.
Your time at Horn & Company at a glance
- As a Fellow, we offer you the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into day-to-day business during a three- to six-month consulting internship and pave the way for entering your consulting career.
- As a Working Student in Consulting or our Internal Services, you will support us for 16 to 20 hours per week – during semester breaks optionally up to 40 hours per week. We will coordinate your specific working hours with you individually.
- During the regular Fellow meet-ups, you will have plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas with Fellows and Working Students from other locations.
