HR Intern (m/f/d)
We are looking for you for a period of three to six months starting in September as an HR Intern (m/f/d) for our People & Culture team at our headquarters in Düsseldorf.
Your tasks
- From employer branding and recruiting to personnel management, you will actively support HR projects in a dynamic, project-driven consulting environment and gain comprehensive insights
- Together with the People & Culture team, you will develop targeted employer branding initiatives and create high-quality content for our internal and external communication channels
- You will support our recruiting team in day-to-day operations, particularly in organizing and coordinating interviews, as well as preparing job postings, reports, and analyses
- You will contribute to administrative HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from contract preparation to supporting employees with HR-related questions
- You will independently take on smaller projects and actively contribute to the further development of our HR topics
Your profile
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of your bachelor’s degree in business administration, (business) psychology, communication sciences, social sciences, or a similar field
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience in recruiting or HR—however, the most important thing for us is your enthusiasm for the role
- You are available for a full-time internship for a period of three to six months starting in September
- You are fluent in German, both written and spoken
