Dr.-Ing. Dieter Hofferberth

Dieter Hofferberth has been a Principal in the Industry & Commerce division at Horn & Company since October 2015. His consulting expertise lies in the areas of production, digitalization, product costs, maintenance as well as change management, HR, organizational and employee development. He has many years of consulting experience in the automotive, mechanical engineering, caravanning, aerospace, furniture, rail and energy sectors, among others.

He studied production engineering, earned a doctorate in mechanical engineering and completed an MBA. He gained his first professional experience as a research assistant and in technical planning in industry. This was followed by many years as a consultant at several renowned management consultancies such as KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint and Capgemini.

To balance out his day-to-day work as a consultant, Dieter is active in sports, enjoys going to the theater, concerts and museums and is also a passionate amateur photographer.
