Sven Hechemer has been working as a Senior Manager at ConMoto Strategie & Realisierung GmbH since October 2018 and, following the transfer of operations, is continuing his career as a Manager in the Value Creation Systems division at Horn & Company.

The focus is on the analysis and optimization of value-adding processes. Thanks to his extensive industrial experience, he primarily advises automotive suppliers, but also the chemical and food industries.

He has a degree in general process engineering and has worked in various branches of industry in Europe and around the world:

  • Plant engineering
  • Cable manufacturing
  • Printing ink industry
  • Special vehicle construction

With this expertise, he advises various medium-sized and large companies, primarily Tier 1 automotive suppliers.

Sven Hechemer photographs nature and architecture and is a racing cyclist in a cycling group.

For me, “Together we grow” means learning from and with each other, achieving ambitious goals together, challenging and encouraging each other and contributing to the good of society and the employer.
