Matthias Gläser has been a Principal in the Industry division at Horn & Company since 2024.

Matthias Gläser is a specialist in the optimization of business processes with a focus on purchasing, development and product creation. He advises international industrial clients on the transformation towards lean organizations and the efficient development of cost-optimized products.

After studying electrical engineering, Matthias Gläser began his professional career in the purchasing department of a leading global automotive manufacturer before moving into top management consulting in 2002. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in industry and consulting.

Matthias lives with his wife near Stuttgart. In his spare time, he enjoys diving and catamaran sailing.

For me, “together we grow” sums up what appreciative, integrative collaboration with customers and colleagues can achieve: bringing people and ideas together and generating sustainable growth and further development - for our customers, our team and ourselves. The experience of real teamwork motivates me anew every day.
