Dr. Thomas Kurz

Dr. Thomas Kurz studied physics at LMU Munich and earned his doctorate at the Helmholtz Center Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) with a focus on experimental physics. A particular focus was on the development of software solutions for analyzing large amounts of data and automating laboratory processes.
In his free time, he is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast: whether climbing mountains and mountain biking in alpine regions or exploring lakes and bodies of water by motorboat, the combination of experiencing nature and sporting challenges shapes his passion.
For me, “Together We Grow” means pursuing common goals, overcoming challenges as a team, and creating an environment where everyone can learn from each other. Growth comes from trust, mutual support, and the exchange of expertise.
