Dr. Stefan Jeß

Stefan Jeß has been an Associate Partner at Horn & Company since May 2010 and has 26 years of professional experience, including 23 years in top management consultancies. His focus is on restructuring and reorganization, in particular the preparation of IdW S6 reports, business plans and liquidity forecasts as well as implementation support. He is also experienced in M&A and post-merger integration (excluding consulting firms).

Stefan Jeß holds a degree in business administration from the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, where he also completed his doctorate. He began his professional career in tax consulting and later switched to the restructuring and reorganization sector, where he specialized in M&A and post-merger integration and most recently held a partner position.

Stefan Jeß is married and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, going to the movies and is a passionate tournament chess player. He is also a big fan of BANKSY's work.
