Simon Schneider has been an Associate Partner in the Financial Services sector at Horn & Company since January 2024. His consulting focus is on the strategic development and optimization of business models, cost efficiency, and the digitization of processes. With his extensive expertise, he supports insurance companies in the DACH region in successfully implementing these initiatives.

Simon completed his doctorate in mathematics at the University of Mannheim and subsequently gained years of experience in consulting within the Financial Services sector. He also led the strategy division (focused on property) at a major German insurance company.

Outside of his professional activities, Simon is actively involved in a supervisory board and works as a lecturer. He is also an avid football fan, both as a player and a spectator.
