Dr. Patrick Spall
Principal
Dr. Patrick Spall has been working for ConMoto Strategie und Realisierung GmbH, Part of Horn & Company, since 2014 as a Principal in the Supply Chain - Purchasing, Development, Product Costs division.
Patrick's focus is on end-to-end product development, R&D process management and end-to-end order fulfillment processes. With his experience in OPEX and lean business transformation, he has successfully accompanied projects in various industries in the transition from ecology to digitalization.
Mr. Spall holds a degree in industrial engineering and a doctorate in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University. He gained ten years of experience at well-known German Tier 1 companies before starting his career in consulting in 2014.
