Stefan Baader has been employed by ConMoto Strategie und Realisierung, part of Horn & Company GmbH, since 2014. Since January 1, 2025, he has held the position of Principal/Senior Expert in the Competence Center Maintenance and Asset Management.

Stefan increases the added value in production companies by optimizing the use of production facilities. His focus is on ensuring high availability of equipment while minimizing maintenance costs. His industry focus is primarily on the automotive, food and chemical industries.

Stefan Baader holds two degrees. Before joining ConMoto, he gained extensive experience in the automotive industry - particularly in reengineering, change management and plant planning projects. His focus was on the optimization of development processes and the analysis of after-sales services.”

Stefan lives in Munich. He is married and has two grown-up children. In his free time, he likes to spend time in nature. He enjoys hiking and cycling and uses his vacations to travel to other countries and get to know new cultures.
