Ralph Läuchli

Ralph Läuchli is a manager at Horn & Company Switzerland and has many years of experience in consulting for banks and insurance companies. His expertise includes strategy development and implementation, project and change management, international transformation programs, realignment of business areas, organizational development and process organization, risk management, and the introduction of new products and services in the financial industry.

Ralph holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen. Prior to his time at H&C, he worked as a strategy consultant at a leading international investment bank and before that as an in-house consultant at a large Swiss insurance company.

In his free time, Ralph can be found on the tennis court or skiing in the mountains.
