JOYSONQUIN Automotive Systems is a Tier 1 automotive supplier with 4,250 employees in China, the USA, Mexico, Germany and Europe that produces decorative parts, components and energy management systems, including charging stations, charging cables and power distribution units for electric vehicles.

The company commissioned Horn & Company, formerly ConMoto, with a comprehensive project to increase OEE and redesign the layout in a plant in Romania, to analyze the global production footprint and to redesign a “factory of the future”, which was a result of the footprint.
