Nadja Gawlik

Nadja is a Principal at Horn & Company and specializes in financial services with a focus on finance, risk and transformation. She has more than ten years of experience in the areas of risk management, regulation and banking transformation. In addition to her technical expertise, she has broad experience in project management and control.

Nadja completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and her Master's degree in Finance at the University of Mannheim. Before joining Horn & Company in 2019, she worked as a manager in the Risk department at zeb. In the meantime, she was also a lecturer for the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) of the DVFA.

In her free time, Nadja loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is also very enthusiastic about sports and other outdoor activities.
