Michael Franz Heinrich Matt has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting with a clear focus on companies in the financial services industry. He supports banks and financial institutions in the development and implementation of strategies for sustainable development, in complex transformation and restructuring programs, and in initiatives to optimize internal structures and processes. In addition, he supports his clients in strengthening their market presence and intensifying customer interaction.

After completing his studies in business administration, he spent many years working for leading consulting firms, where he was responsible for numerous projects at the top management level. He gained extensive experience at EGC Eurogroup Consulting, CSC Ploenzke AG, and Stuttgarter Volksbank.

Michael lives with his partner, has two children, and is enthusiastic about fitness, tennis, skiing, and water sports. He enjoys traveling and particularly appreciates culinary.
