Manuel Adam has been an Associate Partner at ConMoto Strategy and Realization since 2023. At Horn & Company, he is characterized by his distinctive holistic and process-oriented thinking.
Manuel Adam is an OPEX expert for lean management and process optimization in direct and indirect areas, leadership & coaching, shopfloor and performance management as well as lean transformation. He has interdisciplinary industry experience in the automotive and aerospace sectors, including 10 years in consulting. Our expert advises SMEs and corporations on all aspects of optimization.
After completing his studies at the TU Dresden, he worked for a well-known aviation and automotive manufacturer. Manuel is a certified IPMA and IHK project manager.
Manuel Adam lives with his partner in Berlin. In his free time, he enjoys sports and being out on the water.
