Manuel Adam has been an Associate Partner at Horn & Company since 2023. He is known for his strong holistic and process-oriented approach.

Manuel Adam is an OPEX expert in lean management and process optimization in both direct and indirect functions, leadership and coaching, shop floor and performance management, and lean transformation. He has interdisciplinary industry experience in the automotive and aerospace sectors, including 11 years in consulting. Our expert advises companies ranging from medium-sized businesses to large corporations on all aspects of optimization.

After completing his studies at TU Dresden, he worked for a well-known aerospace and automotive manufacturer. Manuel is a certified project manager through IPMA and the IHK.

Manuel Adam lives in Berlin. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports or spending time on the water.
