Competence:

Lars Grabowski has been with the former ConMoto, now part of Horn & Company, since 2019 and assumed the role of Principal in the Industry Team with a focus on the automotive sector in January 2023.

He advises international industrial companies on structural and operational issues along the value chain. His work focuses on optimizing both direct and indirect areas — for example, through shopfloor management or initiatives to improve delivery reliability. In addition, he brings extensive experience in factory planning as well as in the design and implementation of end-to-end processes and supply chain solutions.

Before joining ConMoto/Horn & Company, he worked for a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in the area of After Sales/Spare Parts Management. He studied logistics at TU Dortmund University and the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.

Lars Grabowski lives with his partner in Olpe and enjoys spending spending his free time outdoors in nature.
