Fabian Schlicht

Fabian Schlicht is a long-standing consultant in the financial services sector and has been with Horn & Company since the beginning of 2022.

He supports insurance companies and banks in strategic issues of business model transformation and the development of ecosystems as well as in the context of process and cost optimization. A particular focus is on sales topics and the claims area of insurance companies.

Fabian is a trained investment fund manager (IHK) and studied business administration with a focus on insurance in Frankfurt and Leipzig.

He lives privately in Berlin and likes to spend his free time on his racing bike around the Brandenburg lakes or traveling, with a particular interest in Asia and North America.
