Dr. Ing. Christian Frenzel

Christian Frenzel has been working in consulting since 2016 and has been a partner in the area of maintenance and asset management since 2023.

His focus is on optimizing the life cycle of production equipment, including maintenance excellence, asset management, service management and decarbonization.

Christian Frenzel worked for 12 years in management positions at construction and mining equipment suppliers, responsible for after sales service, business development and supply chain optimization. He studied civil engineering at the TU Braunschweig and the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned his doctorate at the TU Munich.

Christian Frenzel is married and lives with his family in Bad Honnef. As his wife is American, his two children are growing up bilingually.
