Dr. Christian Nostiz advises banks and financial service providers on the design, optimization, and digitization of commercial credit processes, particularly in the area of large-volume financing. As a manager at Horn & Company, he has been supporting projects in the financial services sector since 2022, from technical conception to successful implementation. His consulting services focus on practical and regulatory-compliant solutions that meet both technical and organizational requirements.

He supports his clients in setting up new credit processes and products in a structured manner, taking regulatory requirements into account at an early stage, and effectively involving relevant stakeholders. Christian combines analytical depth with a clear focus on feasibility, acceptance, and sustainable anchoring in the organization.
