He has more than 12 years of consulting experience, including at Horn & Company and Retail Capital Partners. Alexander Decker holds a degree in engineering (TU Berlin) and an M.Sc. in International Business from NHH.

Alexander Decker lives with his family in Valencia. In his free time, he enjoys sports, spending time in nature, and keeping up with new technologies and data-driven innovations.
