Yannick Hänggi is a Manager in the Financial Services practice at Horn & Company in Switzerland. Since March 2024, he has been advising banks at the intersection of business and technology. His expertise focuses on data-, machine learning-, and AI-driven transformations, as well as post-merger integrations, particularly in the context of investment funds and custody services.

Yannick holds a Master’s degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a focus on IT management. In 2025, he further deepened his expertise in Big Data, machine learning, and AI by completing the certificate program “Machine Learning in Finance & Insurance” at ETH Zurich.

As a former professional ice hockey player in the top Swiss and German leagues, teamwork, discipline, and a strong performance mindset continue to shape his approach today. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, cooking, and spending time with his rescue dog.
