Sebastian Weingarten
Head of IT
As Head of IT, Sebastian Weingarten oversees the entire IT infrastructure at Horn & Company and is responsible for ensuring the secure, stable, and forward-looking operation of the IT systems. His areas of focus include IT infrastructure, IT systems, IT strategy, and IT management.
He has been with Horn & Company since 2015. Prior to that, he gained extensive experience in various industries, including advertising, medical informatics, and traditional IT consulting. Most recently, he served as IT Director at an internationally active D&O insurer.
Sebastian Weingarten is married and the father of one son. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and pursuing his technical hobbies, which include riding motorcycles, flying drones, video editing, and implementing new IT projects.
