Sebastian Reinhart-van Gülpen is a Principal at Horn & Company, specializing in restructuring, transformation, and management consulting. Prior to joining Horn & Company, he worked at HMW Herzog Meyer Woedke, DGM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Mittelstandsberatung, and CON MOTO Strategie und Realisierung, among others. He is a fully qualified lawyer (two German state examinations) and also holds an MBA.
