Saskia Wewege-Bovier

Saskia Wewege is a manager at Horn & Company and has more than nine years of experience in the financial industry.

Saskia specializes in strategic transformation and change initiatives. She works primarily on projects in the areas of private banking, corporate banking, and insurance—with a focus on customer- and employee-centric strategies, sales management, and organizational optimization, as well as cross-functional implementation management.

Before joining Horn & Company, Saskia worked at Credit Suisse in Zurich. There, she was responsible for developing and implementing digital initiatives and, as Head of Voice of Clients, led client-centric co-creation initiatives. Saskia holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Outside of H&C, Saskia enjoys being active — whether it's skiing, road cycling, or other sports. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
