Philipp Misura is an Associate Partner at Horn & Company, advising banks and financial service providers in the DACH region and Central Europe on reorganization, strategic realignment, M&A, outsourcing, performance improvement, and cost reduction since 2015. Before joining Horn & Company, Philipp worked for several years at an international major bank in risk management and overall bank control.

He studied Economics at LMU Munich and simultaneously earned the qualification of Certified Financial Engineer in Frankfurt. Philipp lives with his wife, two daughters, and a dog in Miesbach, south of Munich. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in nature or engaging in intensive workouts. He also serves as a mentor and angel investor for young startups.

My goal as a leader is to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and grow. This approach has turned clients into friends and colleagues into true companions over time
