Philipp Jebens
Manager
Philipp combines strategic consulting expertise with IT expertise. He provides end-to-end guidance and management for large-scale IT transformation programs in the banking sector. In addition, he designs and implements new business and operating models to ensure that strategic initiatives are sustainably embedded within the organization. His professional focus lies particularly on customer centricity and artificial intelligence—ranging from platform and customer service solutions to GPT-based applications and conversational AI.
Prior to joining Horn & Company, Philipp worked at leading technology and management consulting firms. He began his professional career at a cooperative bank in Frankfurt. He holds an M.Sc. in International Management (Trinity College Dublin) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration & Business Psychology (FOM), and is also a certified bank clerk (IHK).
Philipp lives in Hamburg. He is passionate about strength training and running and plans to run a half-marathon in Berlin in 2026.
