Dr. Niklas Kühsel is a manager at Horn & Company and advises financial services firms at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and organizational development. His areas of expertise include business strategies and models, organizational transformation, and the value-adding use of technology.

Niklas Kühsel studied economics in Göttingen, applied economics in Bath, and earned his Ph.D. at KLU. Before joining Horn & Company, he worked in investment banking and management consulting.
