Martin Geis advises industrial companies in the areas of strategy, production footprint, performance improvement, cost reduction, and reorganization. In recent years, he has supported several clients in major operational restructuring and turnaround programs.

After studying mechanical engineering, Martin Geis began his consulting career at a renowned management consultancy, where he worked for over 25 years and was most recently a partner responsible for the operations division.

Martin Geis lives in Stuttgart with his family and enjoys spending his free time pursuing sports and taking long walks in nature.
