Manuel Schenck is an Associate Partner at Horn & Company in Munich. His focus lies on advising companies in restructuring, turnover, and operational transformation. His expertise ranges from IDW S6 restructuring concepts and Independent Business Reviews to liquidity planning and PMO-led implementation of transformation initiatives.

Before joining Horn & Company, Manuel was a member of the executive management team at a leading consultancy specializing in family-owned businesses. He also worked as Senior Manager and authorized signatory at a Big Four consulting firm.

Outside of Horn & Company, Manuel enjoys staying active through fitness, skiing, and hiking in the mountains. He especially values spending time with his family.
