On September 1, 2025, Manuel Farrokh will join Horn & Company as a partner, strengthening the Industry & Retail team in Düsseldorf with his expertise. He brings to the team many years of experience in senior management and consulting roles and comprehensive expertise in the consumer goods industry and retail.

Manuel Farrokh has more than 15 years of experience in managing and advising market-leading fashion and lifestyle companies as well as international fashion retailers such as Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf, SinnLeffers, MarcCain, BiBA, van Laack, and E. Breuninger. During his career, he has successfully supported restructuring, M&A, and transformation projects at well-known companies in the industry as a consultant, interim manager, and CRO.

Most recently, he was responsible for the “Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle” division of a consulting firm specializing in strategy, transformation, and turnaround.
