Leon Heyn has been with Horn & Company in Frankfurt since 2023 and is currently a Manager in the Financial Services division. His expertise in the banking and insurance sector extends to digital and agile transformation, payment transactions, process optimization as well as project and program management. He focuses in particular on blockchain solutions for banks, digital cryptocurrencies, central bank currencies and the digital euro.

Leon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University. Before joining Horn & Company, he gained valuable experience at a leading international management and technology consultancy, where he advised banks and insurance companies on a wide range of issues since 2017.

In addition to his professional activities, Leon is a passionate musician.

For me, “Together we grow” means mastering challenges together, supporting others and growing personally and professionally as a result. It stands for building strong relationships - whether at Horn & Company, with (new) customers or in my private life.
