Justin Stürmer has been with ConMoto since April 2021 and was appointed Associate Partner in June 2024. With over ten years of consulting experience and five years in industry, Justin is comfortable operating in various sectors, languages, and countries.
He is responsible for end-to-end optimization in supply chain management and the digitalization of procurement, leading projects both domestically and internationally. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Economics from Maastricht University, focusing on supply chain management, and a full-time MBA from ESADE in Barcelona.
He lives with his wife and son in Krakow, where he enjoys finding a balance between Polish and German cultures and languages. Justin is also an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying long distances whether cycling, golfing, or running.
Justin Stürmer sieht „together we grow“ nicht nur als Slogan, sondern als tägliche Motivation. Für ihn steht dieser Ausdruck für das Streben, sich sowohl auf professioneller als auch auf persönlicher Ebene kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln – und das über die kommenden Jahre hinweg.
