Julien Sachse

Julien Sachse is an associate partner at Horn & Company and specializes in strategic consulting for banks and IT service providers. His areas of expertise include digitalization, sales and efficiency strategies, and organizational transformation. He also has many years of experience in agile management of (large-scale) projects.

Before joining Horn & Company, Julien initially worked in investment advisory and then spent eight years at a top management consultancy focusing on technology companies and banks. He holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on business psychology from the University of Mannheim.

In his private life, Julien has been active in hockey since his youth. In addition to his passion for sports, he prefers to spend his free time with family and friends.
