Julian Müller supports banks and insurance companies in the areas of strategy development and implementation, organizational development and digital transformation. He uses both traditional and agile methods and has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects.

Julian Müller studied “Management and Technology” at the Technical University of Munich. Before joining Horn & Company in 2021, he gained several years of experience in a management consultancy, also specializing in financial services.
