Johannes Schmidt

As an expert in bank-wide management and asset-liability management, Johannes Schmidt supports banks at the intersection of risk management, treasury, and financial controlling. In doing so, he combines deep methodological expertise with a strong understanding of concrete management processes.

Johannes Schmidt holds a Dr. rer. nat. (Mathematics, University of Heidelberg) and has many years of experience in mathematical research as a postdoctoral researcher. He also earned a Master of Financial Law (LL.M., Frankfurt School of Finance & Management). Before joining Horn & Company, he was a Manager at a leading consultancy specializing in risk management and analytical, quantitative topics.

In his free time, Johannes Schmidt is engaged in security policy.
