Kai-Michael Schaper has been working in management consulting for about 20 years. Since returning to Horn & Company in early 2020, he has served as Managing Partner responsible for the industrial and retail sectors.
From the beginning of his consulting career, Kai-Michael has been passionate about all aspects of the consumer goods and retail industry. After completing his studies and earning his doctorate at EBS, he joined one of the leading consulting firms in 2005.
In early 2009, he became the first employee with an industrial and retail background at Horn & Company. His four years at Capgemini Consulting/Invent further broadened his expertise, providing him with international and systematic experiences and perspectives.
