Markus Hein supports turnaround and transformation projects in the automotive industry at Horn & Company. His focus is on the development and stabilization of Tier 1 suppliers as well as the sustainable improvement of quality, production, and maintenance processes. In addition, he has extensive experience conducting readiness audits for international automotive suppliers across Europe, North America, and China.

After completing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Leibniz University Hannover, Markus Hein joined Horn & Company three years ago. Following his work in Germany, he has spent the past year supporting clients and projects in the United States, bringing international experience in the optimization of production and maintenance processes as well as in the automotive industry.

Outside of work, Markus is passionate about sports, particularly Formula 1 and football.

For me, "together we grow" means creating sustainable improvements together with our clients and helping them successfully overcome their challenges.
