Dr. Guido Drewes advises on large and complex transformation projects in the financial services sector. His work focuses on the lending business as well as B2B and B2C sales concepts. He also has expertise in the implementation of regulatory requirements in IT and risk management.

After training as a banker, he studied business administration at the University of Cologne and obtained a doctorate in banking management. Before joining Horn & Company, he worked in top management consulting as well as in financial institutions.

Guido Drewes lives with his family in Düsseldorf and prefers to spend his free time playing the piano.

For me, “together we grow” means combining the increasing specialization of the banking business with the need for a generalist's view of the bigger picture. Growing together makes both possible and gives our customers security in their projects.
