Dr. Christian Czernay is an expert in restructuring, financing and insolvency-related consulting. At H&C, he supports companies in transformation and crisis situations with strategic and financial know-how.

Christian holds a doctorate in business administration with an Executive MBA and CFA. He has 14 years of experience in restructuring and corporate finance - both at big-four companies and in specialized boutique consultancies. He is passionate about endurance sports and nature: skiing, hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking are just as much a part of this as jogging and fitness training. He finds relaxation in reading.
