Carsten Freiherr v. Hadeln

Associate Partner

Carsten von Hadeln has been with ConMoto since 2015. He works in the Value Creation Systems functional group. In the Competence Centre, he is responsible for the topics of aftermarket, production footprint, plant structure planning and end-to-end order processing.

He has over 20 years of experience in various industries such as automotive suppliers, commercial vehicles, mechanical engineering, the process industry, electronics and microsystems technology. Carsten studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Technical University of Munich and also completed a postgraduate degree in business administration with a management focus.

He began his career in consulting for microsystems technology and electronics before moving to a management consultancy specialising in production management. Carsten enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. Going on excursions together, playing ‘Schafkopf’ or attending rock concerts provide a balance to his day-to-day work as a consultant.

"Together we grow" means to me the collaborative growth of two complementary consulting firms. I am convinced that we will develop a consulting brand that is significantly recognized in the market.
