Business Development Manager / Pursuit Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As an internal consultant for our Competence Centre Banking, you are the main point of contact for our management team regarding operational customer contact management (CCM) and our offer processes
- When analysing the markets, companies, target customers and contact persons relevant to us and researching current trend topics, you support our colleagues responsibly and with a high level of personal drive
- You support our teams both in the initial approach of new target customers and in the coordination of appointments as well as in all processes relating to the preparation of offer documents and presentations
- Based on your understanding of banking business contexts, you develop our internal knowledge management further by helping us to record typical content and process models of our consulting products in a modular and systematic way
- You are involved in the implementation of product and marketing campaigns and the creation of marketing materials
- You are also responsible for preparing and monitoring the relevant key sales figures for the Competence Centre and updating and maintaining the CRM system
Your profile
- You have completed a business apprenticeship (e.g. banking apprenticeship) and/or a successfully completed (Bachelor's) degree programme
- You possess a basic understanding of the German banking market and its consulting topics
- Ideally, you are already familiar with management consulting from an internal perspective or have worked as an analyst or (junior) consultant for a professional services firm
- You have a high level of sales expertise and are motivated to make a direct contribution to sales success
- You are fluent in German and English; additionally, you have excellent analytical skills
